Camel Diving

"Sue is living proof that you don't need wings to fly. Just vision, determination and a beautiful head of hair!" - Cath Bates, from Camel Dive Club and now also part of the Freewheeling team.

Sue had an enjoyable time retraining as a disabled diver in 2005 with Camel Dive Club, Sharm El Sheik, Egypt. It therefore seems the perfect place to return in order to take the underwater wheelchair into tropical conditions with plenty of marine life and clear water for shooting the 360-degree film which will be shown at Plymouth Univiersity's ICCI360 Arena during the 'Creating the Spectacle!' event in 2012.

Camel Dive Club is experienced in working with disabled divers and their hotel has excellent wheelchair-accessible accommodation.

Sue says: "Most of my diving has taken place at Camel Hotel and Dive Club because the excellent atmosphere and attentive staff make it unmissable. No stone was left unturned in enabling me to access the dive boats in order to have amazing dive experiences in the Red Sea."
